One hour from Paris, Maison Vendrest is a manor house restored by the Parisian interior architecture agency Maison A&G, set in wooded grounds in the village of Vendrest, Seine-et-Marne, right next to Champagne. People come with their family, their friends or their team — and leave feeling they have lived in the house rather than visited it.
French EPV-certified bedding, a wine cellar, a long table under the trees, a barbecue and an EV charging point are already here. The rest — caterer, grocery delivery, private driver, sports coach — is arranged before you arrive. All the baby equipment is provided: cots, high chairs, bibs and a baby bath.
Two ways to take over the estate
The manor house on its own, or the whole estate with its annexe. Either way the rental is exclusive: you are the only people on site.

Is the rental exclusive?
Yes. You rent the entire house: no other guests, no shared rooms. The grounds, the living rooms, the kitchen and the long table are yours alone.
How long does it take from Paris?
About 1 h by car from central Paris, or 45 minutes by train from Paris Est to Lizy-sur-Ourcq or La Ferté-sous-Jouarre. We can arrange a transfer from the station.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, under conditions, with a €20 per day supplement. Let us know when you book.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. For exclusive event hire, days run in full, from 8 am to 8 pm.
Is baby equipment provided?
Yes, everything is available: baby cots (free of charge), high chairs, bibs and a baby bath. Just mention it when you book.
