The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, any dates and number of guests you give, and the content of your message, solely to answer your enquiry.

When you book, request a stay or sign up for an activity, we collect your name, email, phone number, language, stay dates and group size, chosen options, any message and promotional code, in order to process and manage your booking and its payment.

Your card details are entered directly with Stripe: we only keep the technical payment references and the amounts.

Managing your booking, its payment and the confirmation, reminder and cancellation emails: performance of a contract. Answering your requests and securing the site: legitimate interest. Audience measurement: your consent.

Your data is accessible to the Maison Vendrest team and to our technical providers: Vercel Inc. (site hosting), Neon (database), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (payment), Resend (sending emails) and, with your consent, Google Ireland Limited (audience measurement). Some of these providers are located outside the European Union: transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

Your confirmation email contains a personal link to view, pay for, cancel or change your booking without creating an account. This link gives access to your booking: please do not share it.

Contact enquiries are kept for three years from the last exchange.

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the stay, then archived to meet accounting and legal obligations (up to ten years for accounting records).

You have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to hello@maison-vendrest.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
